Cleaning Services

CrystalClearCleaners provides a range of residential and commercial cleaning services, including one-time deep cleans, recurring weekly/bi-weekly maintenance, and specialized services like carpet cleaning and window washing. Our trained and insured cleaning teams use high-quality products and equipment to ensure a thorough and consistent clean.

Scheduling and Appointments

Customers can schedule cleaning appointments online, through our mobile app, or by contacting our customer service team. We require at least 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without proper notice may incur a fee.

Pricing and Payments

Cleaning service rates are based on the size of the property, frequency of service, and any special requests. All prices are clearly communicated before services are rendered. Customers must pay in full upon completion of the cleaning.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing CrystalClearCleaners with accurate information about their property and any special cleaning needs. Customers must also ensure safe and unobstructed access for our cleaning teams.

Damage and Liability

CrystalClearCleaners carries liability insurance to cover any accidental damage to a customer's property during the cleaning process. Customers are responsible for securing or removing any fragile, valuable, or potentially hazardous items.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If a customer is not fully satisfied with the quality of our cleaning services, they must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost.

Termination of Services

CrystalClearCleaners reserves the right to terminate our services at any time for any reason, including non-payment or unsafe conditions. Customers may also cancel our services by providing 30 days' written notice.
